The Season 24 of the beloved animated show ended in 2019, and we have seen nothing after that. However, the producers have released an hour-long video containing clips of behind the scenes to showcase how it is not easy to make “South Park.” The video was shot remotely, and we see the creators engaging in a lot of video conferencing to decide on several aspects of the story. If you are interested in getting glimpses of how they make South Park, then you should definitely give it a watch.

A video that was released on South Park’s Twitter handle illustrates how incredibly difficult it is to create anything with a collaborative effort, especially when your team member is thousands of kilometers away. We kept hearing the stories of woes faced by creative specialists during the lockdown, but with this video, we can finally be able to sympathize with each one of them.

Issues that need a proper work environment had to deal tacked at home.

The team of South Park attended video conferences after video conferences, engaged with an awful amount of people, built an animation, worked on the characters, did a voice-over, and everything else in their home environment with trivial home activities surrounding them.

Of course, family issues are important, but there is a time and place for everything and the pandemic blurred the lines between family and work-life if not evaporating it entirely.

You can’t build animation and work on your children or ethernet cables at the same time. It’s tough to manage both. But the team managed well, and the work is almost done. Now, they can all watch this video and share a laugh.

The video aired on September the 30th, Wednesday on Comedy Central at 7 PM North American Central Time, and on 8 PM Eastern Time. If you do not have Comedy Central channel on your tv, you need to gain access through streaming websites on the internet.

There are tons of cheap streaming options such as Philo and Sling. Philo offers 61 channels at a cost less $25 a month. Among the 61 channels, there are fan-favourite channels like MTV, Comedy Central, Travel, and Discovery, and apart from that, there is also an option for Premier Video-on-demand option (PVOD) that enables you to access premiere high-quality content. Comedy Central is also available on Sling in its blue and orange packages. Both the packages cost around $30, but the blue package has more channel alternatives and quality in its content.

All the 24 seasons of “South Park”, however, are available on Netflix.

South Park is a very old show and has been running since 1997. Spanning across 24 seasons, it prematurely dealt with four teenage boys Stan, Kyle, Eric, and Kenny and their daily adventures. It’s one of the beloved animated sitcoms as it currently attains 8.7 on IMDb, 82% on Rotten Tomatoes, and 94% on Google Reviews.
