Technology has made a lot of progress in recent times, and every device is getting more comfortable to use, as well as its usability is also increasing. A printer is one of those devices, which have been through many stages to become a modern printer as it is today. A printer allows us to take a hard copy print of any document that we might need for some official purpose or keep it handy and safe. Earlier, printing a document looked like a complicated process as it required a whole set up of computers, printers, and wires. However, there have been improvements in technology when it comes to printing, and there are printers available that can be connected to your computer wirelessly. If we talk about the latest printer, they can even be connected to your smartphone or tablet, and you can directly ask your printer to print any stuff from your phone or tablet, and it does not matter in which part of the world you are. The ability to print documents directly from your tablet or phone is very useful; however, it can be a little tough for you if you are using it for the first time, so we have got you covered. In this article, we will elaborate on easy steps to print from your Android phone or tablet. Let’s scroll down.

Google Cloud Print is one of the easiest and affordable printing methods, directly from your mobile or tablet. There are printers available in the market which support Google Cloud Print, and they also come with various wireless capabilities. Google Cloud Print makes it possible for you to print things even when you are away from home, as it connects your printer to the web world. You will need to have the Cloud Print app on your phone to print things from your mobile and tablet. You can download this app from Google Play Store for free. After your Google Cloud Print enabled printer is ready, and you have the necessary app on your phone, all you have to do is log into your account, and you will be able to have the desired print like any other printer. To initiate printing, open the file, photo, or the document you would like to print. Make sure that the file you are choosing supports printing. Find the options available for this file, and select Print from there. A new page will open on your screen, which will also have the chance of saving the file in PDF format on your device. On the next page, select the printer you want to print from, and you can also find the list of all the printers to which your device has been connected to by clicking the All Printers option. Once everything is done, you can click the available printer, and you will be ready with the print.

You can also use Google Chrome if you don’t own a printer, which is Google Cloud Print enabled. You will print from your Android device for the desired file by using the advanced settings available in Google Chrome. There are various apps of different printer manufacturing brands also available, which allow you to print the desired content remotely. Using an email can also be an excellent option to print something from an Android device, as few printers have their email address. You can send the needed files to that email address as an attachment, and your prints will be ready. Connecting your Android device to the printer using a USB cable is also one of the easiest methods to print things from your Android device.

Sometimes it is very important when you need to get something printed, but you don’t have your PC around, and in such times your Android device can come handy. In this article, we have elaborated on the methods of taking prints from your Android device, which you can use when needed.
