The feature of capturing a screenshot is a really useful feature available on Android smartphones as there are times when we have to share the screens of your phone. This feature allows you to capture what’s there on your screen, and then you can also share it or send it to a different device just like any other photo. The process of capturing a screenshot on any Android device is really simple, and smartphone manufacturing companies are trying to make it even easier by introducing various new ways of capturing a screenshot. In this article, we are going to elaborate on the simple and most popular process of capturing a screenshot. Let’s scroll down and know more about the process.

The very basic process of capturing a screenshot on your Android device is very easy and quick, as it only involves two buttons. You can capture a screenshot on any Android device by pressing the two buttons, volume down and the power buttons, simultaneously. There are some devices where you will need to use a different combination of buttons. On such devices, to capture a screenshot, you will have to press the home button and power button simultaneously. You can also use an alternative method that will not use the key combination. All you have to do is to press and hold the power button for a few seconds, and an option Screenshot will appear on your screen, along with a few other options. After clicking on this option, a screenshot will be captured. You can make sure that you have pressed the right combination of a button or used any other method right as after capturing a screenshot, the screen of your device will flash, and there will also be a camera shutter sound. In some phones, after capturing a screenshot, you can also see a pop-up or receive a notification.

If you are not willing to capture a screenshot with the key combination or any of the involved keys in your device is not working then you can also use your voice commands to capture a screenshot. To capture a screenshot with your voice commands, you will have to say “Okay, Google” and then you can tell it to “take a screenshot” and the screenshot will be captured. You can find the saved screenshots in the gallery of your phone and share them as well.

Capturing a screenshot in an Android device is a very easy but a useful process. In this article, we have elaborated on the process of capturing a screenshot in an Android device, which you can use when needed.
